In one line: Hiyori collects nothing. Everything — your photos, notes, and progress — stays on your device. We run no server and never see your data.
Hiyori (日和) ("the App") is a gentle, local-first companion that helps you spend less time in endless feeds by looking back at your own photos and memories. It is designed so that your data never reaches us and no account is required.
Information we collect
None. Hiyori has no account, login, email, analytics, advertising, third-party SDKs, or tracking. Everything you create — reactions, emotion tags, private notes, and your progress — is stored only on your device (and, for the widget, in your own App Group container). We never see it.
Photos
Hiyori reads your photo library on your device to show your own photos as a calm, finite feed and to look back at memories. Photos are never uploaded and never leave your device. Any analysis of your photos (for example grouping similar scenes, finding faces for the optional "important people" feature, or detecting document-like shots) happens entirely on-device using Apple's on-device frameworks. We do not use Apple's People album and build no cross-device identity.
Health (optional)
If you choose to turn it on, Hiyori can write Mindful Minutes and State of Mind to Apple Health, stored in your own Health database on your device. This is optional, off by default, and you can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings. We never receive this data.
iCloud backup (optional)
If you turn on iCloud backup, a small amount of your text data is synced through Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage within your own private iCloud, under your Apple ID. We operate no server and never receive or see it. You can turn it off in the App or iOS Settings. Apple's handling of iCloud is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
Screen Time (optional)
Any screen-time figures you see come from numbers you enter yourself or from Apple's on-device reporting, shown on your device only. Hiyori does not read or transmit your usage to us.
Notifications
Gentle reminders are scheduled on-device by iOS. No notification content is sent to any server. You can turn them off anytime in the App or iOS Settings.
Payments (In-App Purchase)
The optional one-time unlock "Hiyori Plus" is processed by Apple via the App Store. Hiyori never receives your payment details. Entitlement is verified on-device only.
GDPR · APPI (Japan) · PDPD (Vietnam) & other regions
Hiyori performs no collection, processing, or cross-border transfer of personal data on any server of ours. Everything is local and under your control, so there is no processing of your information by us. If you use iCloud, data syncs only within your own private iCloud (Apple's infrastructure under your Apple ID).
Data retention & deletion
Your data lives on your device until you delete it. You can delete entries in the App, reset all data in Settings, or delete the App to erase everything. We hold no copies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version on this page.

Hiyori (日和) ("Ứng dụng") là người bạn đồng hành nhẹ nhàng, ưu tiên lưu cục bộ, giúp bạn dành ít thời gian hơn cho việc lướt vô tận bằng cách nhìn lại ảnh và kỷ niệm của chính mình. Ứng dụng được thiết kế để dữ liệu không bao giờ đến tay chúng tôi và không cần tài khoản.
Thông tin thu thập
Không thu thập. Hiyori không có tài khoản, đăng nhập, email, phân tích, quảng cáo, SDK bên thứ ba hay theo dõi. Mọi thứ bạn tạo — thả tim, nhãn cảm xúc, ghi chú riêng, tiến trình — chỉ lưu trên máy bạn (và trong App Group của chính bạn cho widget). Chúng tôi không bao giờ thấy.
Ảnh
Hiyori đọc thư viện ảnh ngay trên máy để hiện ảnh của chính bạn thành một dòng yên tĩnh, có điểm dừng, và để nhìn lại kỷ niệm. Ảnh không bao giờ được tải lên và không rời khỏi máy. Mọi phân tích ảnh (ví dụ gom ảnh cùng khung cảnh, nhận diện khuôn mặt cho tính năng "người quan trọng" tùy chọn, hay nhận biết ảnh chụp tài liệu) diễn ra hoàn toàn trên máy bằng framework trên-thiết-bị của Apple. Chúng tôi không dùng album People của Apple và không tạo định danh xuyên thiết bị.
Sức khỏe (tùy chọn)
Nếu bạn bật, Hiyori có thể ghi Phút tĩnh tâm (Mindful) và Trạng thái tinh thần vào Sức khỏe (Health) của Apple, lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu Sức khỏe của chính bạn trên máy. Đây là tùy chọn, mặc định tắt, và bạn có thể thu hồi quyền bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt iOS. Chúng tôi không bao giờ nhận dữ liệu này.
Sao lưu iCloud (tùy chọn)
Nếu bạn bật sao lưu iCloud, một lượng nhỏ dữ liệu văn bản được đồng bộ qua Key-Value Storage của iCloud, trong iCloud riêng tư của bạn, theo Apple ID của bạn. Chúng tôi không có máy chủ và không bao giờ nhận hay thấy nó. Bạn có thể tắt trong Ứng dụng hoặc Cài đặt iOS. Việc Apple xử lý iCloud tuân theo chính sách riêng của Apple.
Thời gian sử dụng (tùy chọn)
Mọi con số về thời gian sử dụng mà bạn thấy đều đến từ số bạn tự nhập hoặc từ báo cáo trên-thiết-bị của Apple, chỉ hiển thị trên máy bạn. Hiyori không đọc hay gửi mức sử dụng của bạn cho chúng tôi.
Thông báo
Nhắc nhẹ nhàng được iOS lên lịch ngay trên máy. Không nội dung nào gửi tới máy chủ. Bạn tắt bất cứ lúc nào trong Ứng dụng hoặc Cài đặt iOS.
Thanh toán (mua trong ứng dụng)
Gói mở khóa một lần tùy chọn "Hiyori Plus" do Apple xử lý qua App Store. Hiyori không nhận thông tin thanh toán. Quyền dùng được xác minh ngay trên máy.
GDPR · APPI (Nhật) · PDPD (Việt Nam) & khu vực khác
Hiyori không thu thập, xử lý hay chuyển xuyên biên giới dữ liệu cá nhân trên bất kỳ máy chủ nào của chúng tôi. Mọi thứ đều cục bộ và do bạn kiểm soát. Nếu bạn dùng iCloud, dữ liệu chỉ đồng bộ trong iCloud riêng của bạn (hạ tầng của Apple, theo Apple ID của bạn).
Lưu trữ & xóa dữ liệu
Dữ liệu ở trên máy đến khi bạn xóa. Bạn có thể xóa từng mục trong Ứng dụng, đặt lại toàn bộ trong Cài đặt, hoặc gỡ Ứng dụng để xóa sạch. Chúng tôi không giữ bản sao nào.
Thay đổi chính sách
Nếu chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật ngày hiệu lực ở trên và đăng bản mới tại trang này.

ひとことで：Hiyori はなにも集めません。写真・メモ・あゆみは、すべて端末の中にとどまります。わたしたちはサーバーを持たず、あなたのデータを見ることはありません。
Hiyori（日和）（以下「本アプリ」）は、自分の写真や思い出をふりかえることで、無限スクロールからやさしく離れていくための、端末内完結のおだやかな相棒です。データがわたしたちに届くことはなく、アカウントも不要になるよう設計しています。
収集する情報
収集しません。本アプリはアカウント・ログイン・メール・解析・広告・第三者 SDK・トラッキングを持ちません。あなたが残したもの（ハート・感情タグ・プライベートなメモ・あゆみ）はすべて端末内のみ（ウィジェット用の App Group を含む）に保存されます。当社が見ることはありません。
写真
本アプリは、自分の写真を終わりのある静かなフィードで表示し、思い出をふりかえるために、写真ライブラリを端末内で読み取ります。写真がアップロードされることはなく、端末の外に出ることもありません。写真の解析（似た風景のグループ化、任意の「大切な人」機能のための顔の検出、書類のような写真の判定など）は、Apple の端末内フレームワークを使いすべて端末内で行います。Apple の「ピープル」アルバムは使わず、端末をまたぐ個人の識別も作りません。
ヘルスケア（任意）
オンにした場合、本アプリは Apple のヘルスケアにマインドフル時間・心の状態（State of Mind）を書き込めます。これは端末内のあなた自身のヘルスケアデータベースに保存されます。任意・初期はオフで、iOS 設定からいつでも取り消せます。当社がこのデータを受け取ることはありません。
iCloud バックアップ（任意）
iCloud バックアップをオンにすると、少量のテキストデータが Apple の iCloud Key-Value Storage を通じて、Apple ID のもとのあなた自身のプライベート iCloud 内で同期されます。当社はサーバーを持たず、受け取ることも見ることもありません。アプリまたは iOS 設定でオフにできます。iCloud の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
スクリーンタイム（任意）
表示されるスクリーンタイムの数値は、あなたが自分で入力した値、または Apple の端末内レポートによるもので、端末内のみに表示されます。本アプリがあなたの利用状況を読み取ったり送信したりすることはありません。
通知
やさしいリマインダーは iOS が端末内でスケジュールします。内容がサーバーに送られることはありません。アプリまたは iOS 設定でいつでもオフにできます。
お支払い（App内課金）
任意の買い切り「Hiyori Plus」は Apple の App Store が処理します。当社が決済情報を受け取ることはありません。購入の有効性は端末上でのみ検証されます。
GDPR・個人情報保護法（日本）・PDPD（ベトナム）ほか
本アプリは当社のいかなるサーバーでも個人データの収集・処理・越境移転を行いません。すべてローカルで、あなたの管理下にあります。iCloud を使う場合、データはあなた自身のプライベート iCloud（Apple の基盤、あなたの Apple ID のもと）内でのみ同期されます。
データの保存と削除
データは削除するまで端末内にあります。アプリ内で個別に削除するか、設定で全データをリセットするか、アプリを削除すると全データが消えます。当社は複製を保持しません。

変更がある場合は上記の更新日を改め、本ページに新版を掲載します。
